This impressive two-story building is located on a 236-acre greenfield site and includes a variety of amenities for employees. Christman's cost leadership team successfully guided the Owner and design team through a thorough value analysis workshop that produced nearly $6 million worth of potential cost savings suggestions. Ultimately, the Owner accepted more than $2.3 million worth of changes that maintained the overall project budget without diminishing the project program. The on-site team put a heavy focus on early turnover areas which allowed the company to begin installing equipment before closeout and be able to use their facilities immediately after completion.
