WELCOME TO BATON TWIRLING IN NEW YORK STATE!

The New York Twirling Council (NYTC), which regulates all United States Twirling Association (USTA) competitions and twirling events on Long Island, is made up of coaches, judges, directors and interested parties of New York.

The NYTC meets four times a year to set the schedule of events that you see here on our web site.   All events are sanctioned and run according to the current rules and regulations of the USTA.

NYTC kicks off its new season and schedule of events with the traditional
“Holiday Contest” in December.  The State Championships and Festival of the Future is set for the height of the season: May.  You can check out these as well as all the events scheduled in the 2012 season here on the council’s web site.

Visit our “NY Twirling Organizations” page and read about the various organizations from New York.  These groups work hard all season long and it is nice for everyone to have the opportunity to stay updated on what is happening for them and view some of their latest photos.
