Neyland Stadium Renovations

As an important landmark for both the University community and the numerous sports enthusiasts who flock to the stadium each year, this long-term renovation project is a major undertaking set to transform the iconic football stadium.

Key projects to date have included sound system and video board upgrades, creation of the North Endzone Social Deck featuring private concessions, demolition and reconstruction of the lower third of the west seating, and replacement of the 1920s original seating with luxury chair-back rows.

Project scope has also included ADA seating improvements in the upper south endzone, an addition of 16,000 SF indoor club space, implementation of a comprehensive interior/exterior Wi-Fi system, demolition and reconstruction of the south old dorm structures, and relocation of underground utilities on the south for future phased work.

To avoid disruptions to events, all projects have been completed during off-season months.
