First United Methodist Church Rockwall chose Christman (then MEDCO Construction) to provide pre-construction and construction services for the larger sanctuary planned for their campus. Much time was spent in the pre-construction phase in order to meet the church鈥檚 budget. The larger sanctuary connects to the current facility, so Christman managed the project around the church鈥檚 ongoing operations. While the project was under construction, the church expanded the scope to include a tower/steeple and a repurposed worship space.
